*************************************************************************

The thrust of this project is to make use of some of the excellent
tools that are availble (and maintained by others), to create a
usable X front end to existing database engines. It utilizes
xforms and mSQL at this stage. The development environment is
on a 1.3.9x Linux pentium box using all of the latest gcc, make,
X11R6, xforms and mSQL libraries and tools.

If you are recompiling for other targets, the makefile will
need modification for changes to the location of xforms or mSQL
and X Windows related libraries.

The doc has site listings for the neccessary support programs
mSQL and xforms.

Disclaimer:

This program is in ongoing development, thus it can have problems (bugs)
which I will correct as soon as I am aware of them and have time. I
assume no responsibility for loss of data or problems associated
with the supporting programs (xforms, mSQL and other DB's in the
future) that may occur.

I reserve the copyright to XfSQL. If you have useful additions, please
mail me with your requests or source diffs and let me make a new
distribution. Don't hack the sources and redistribute your own: I hate
encountering `my' programs with a version number that I don't even know
of. However, you are permitted to distribute XfSQL, provided that you
(a) distribute it with the full sources, and (b) that you leave this
documentation and copyright notice intact.

    Copyright policy:
	MegaHard (who wants a Microsoft?)
but really: GPL, see the file COPYING.
